Canayaz: The enterprise impression of AI assistants primarily comes from their role in enabling "agentic AI," where AI agents act as autonomous digital workers. In my analysis, I show how AI brokers can decrease costs in comparison with human staff whereas sustaining similar levels of job accuracy.
